자궁내막증으로 인한 少陰人 崩漏환자의 溫白元을 이용한 치험1례
초록 본 논문은 자궁내막증으로 인한 소음인(少陰人) 붕루(崩漏)환자의 온백원(溫白元)을 이용한 치험1례에 관한 연구로서, 주요 내용은 다음과 같다.자궁내막증으로 인한 비정상 자궁출혈이 있는 소음인 환자에게 온백원을 처방하였고, 출혈량과 신체 증상을 통해 질병의 호전 정도를 확인하였다.온백원의 사상체질 치료 후에 출혈량과 신체 증상이 호전되었다.이 사례는 온백원을 처치하는 것이 소음인의 자궁내막증으로 인한 비정상 자궁출혈에 효과적이었음을 나타낸다.온백원은 파두 대신 사용되었다는 내용이다. 1. Objectives: The purpose of this case is to report the effect of Onbaek-won(溫白元)which is based on Sasang Constitutional Medicine for abnormal uterine bleeding from Endometriosis in Soeumin. 2. Methods: We treated Soeumin patient that had abnormal uterine bleeding from endometriosis.We prescribed Onbaek-won(溫白元) for her physical symptoms.The improvement of her disease was checked her bleeding volume and other physical symptoms. 3. Results: After the Sasang constitutional medication of Onbaek-won(溫白元) was given, her bleeding volume and her physical symptoms was improved. 4. Conclusions: This case study show an efficient result of using Onbaek-won(溫白元) in abnormal uterine bleeding from endometriosis of Soeumin.Onbaek-won(溫白元) was used instead of Semen Tiglii(巴豆).[원문 보기]

양약 복용 후 추체외로증후군을 나타낸 정신분열형 장애 환자에게 EFT 요법과 한방치료...
초록 본 논문은 양약 복용 후 추체외로증후군을 나타낸 정신분열형 장애 환자에게 EFT 요법과 한방치료를 병행하여 치료한 치험 1례에 관한 것으로,주요 내용은 가장 흔한 정신 질환 중 하나로 알려진 정신분열증의 전단계인 정신분열형 장애에 대한 한약의 치료 효과와 양약의 부작용 감소 효과를 조사 하였다.환청을 호소하는 정신분열형 장애로 진단받은 환자를 한약과 침술로 치료하여 증상 개선에 대해 매일 기록하였고,환자의 불안증을 조절하기 위한 Emotional Freedom Techniques(감정 자유 기법, EF)을 사용하였다. 환청과 추체외로 증후군 증상이 사라졌다.환자의 불안증은 EFT 요법에 의하여 효과적으로 조절되었다.위 결과로부터 한방 치료는 정신분열형 장애의 임상 증상 치료에 효과적이었고, 양약의 부작용을 감소시켰다는 내용이다. 산림치유프로그램이 인지기능에 미치는 영향
초록 Objectives :The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of 3 day Forests healing programs for cognitive improvement,which consists of helpful contents of Korean medicine. Methods :This study examined the effects of forests healing for mild cognitive impairment patients,who visited a Korean medicine hospital neuropsychiatry clinic for outpatients.The Forests healing programs for cognitive improvement was run with 24 participants,in which 9 of them quit in the middle of the program, so excluded in data analysis.The Forests healing programs for cognitive improvement was consisted of 3 day helpful Korean medicine contents.The primary outcome measurement was a Computerized Neurocognitive Test (CNT),which measured the cognitive functions with computer programs. Results :The results of this study showed that CNT scores were not significantly changed after 3 day forests healing.General psychological states, including depression, anxiety, and anger,were also checked. Among them, depressive mood significantly improved. Quality of life (QOL) was also enhanced after 3 day program.These results indicate that the 3 day Forests healing programs for cognitive improvement was effective for depressive mood and QOL of mild cognitive impairment patients,but not enough for cognitive functions directly. ADHD 침 치료 임상연구 결과 SCI 저널 발표 초록 Abstract Background Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a common neuro-psychiatric problem, affecting 7-9% of children.Pharmacological interventions are widely used with behavioral treatments in ADHD.Still, the origin of ADHD is unclear, limiting pharmacological effectiveness and making adverse effects common.The use of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) has increased, especially for developmental and behavioral disorders, such as ADHD.CAM is used by 60-65% of parents of children with ADHD to relieve ADHD-associated symptoms and to avoid the side effects of conventional medication.Acupuncture has been widely used to treat patients with ADHD, but the available evidence of its effectiveness is insufficient.Our aim was to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture in patients (both and each treatment naive and conventional therapy children) with ADHD (any subtype) compared to the waitlist control.Methods/Design This study is a waitlist controlled open trial. We used a computer generated randomization scheme.This randomised, controlled trial had two parallel arms (acupuncture, and waitlist group). Report on Two Cases of Treatment of Anxiety Disorder with Panic Attacks...
초록 Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of breath-counting meditation on anxiety disorder patients with panic attack. Methods: Two anxiety disorder patients with panic attack were treated with Breath-counting Meditation, acupunctures, and herb-medications.The patients have been predicted for anxiety dis-order with panic attack through Dignosis and Statistical Manual (DSM-IV),Panic Disorder Severity Scale (PDSS), BDI (Beck Depression Inventory), and BAI (Beck Anxiety Inventory) on their 1st and 6th treatments. Results: After the treatments, both the physical and psychological symptoms have decreased. Conclusions: This study suggests that the breath-counting meditation is an effective way for treating patients who are suffering from anxiety disorder with panic attack.[원문 보기]

지언고론요법 및 이정변기요법으로 호전된 산후 우울증 환자 치험 1례
초록 Objectives :Postpartum depression is a kind of serious problem which influences on the parturients, her family.In this case we tried psychotherapy to postpartum depression patient. Methods :We treated the patient with Oriental psychotherapy.And then we compared postpartum depression before treatment with on after treatment by Korean version of Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(K-EPDS). Results :After treatments, the clinical symptoms were improved and K-EPDS was reduced 16 to 6. Conclusions :Oriental psychotherapy is effective on postpartum depression.[원문 보기]

한방정신요법 및 자율훈련법을 사용한 경련을 주증상으로 하는 전환장애 1례
초록br> Objectives :The purpose of this study is to suggest that psychotherapy must be considered when treating conversion disorder patient with convulsion. Methods :We treated the patient with counseling and autogenic training in psychotherapies, not only traditional methods. Results :In this study, we found difference between when counselling and autogenic training is combined and when they are not practiced. Conclusions :Counseling and autogenic training is good treatment at patient with convulsion of conversion disorder.[원문 보기]

심인성 사경증 환자 치험 1례
초록 본 논문은 심인성 사경증 환자 치험 1례에 대한 연구로 주요 내용은 다음과 같다.공황질환을 가진 심인성 사경증 환자에 대한 한방치료의 임상적 응용으로서사경증 치료에 주로 사용해 왔던 회수산과 정신질환 치료에 주로 쓰이는 귀비탕과 가미온담탕의 연구를 시행하였다.그리고 물리적 치료와 향기 치료는 경근 주변 근육의 이완과 기본적인 스트레치를 통하여 시행하였다.경근의 자가 운동은 침술을 실시하는 동안 수행하였다.그 결과 종합적인 치료 후에 환자의 증상은 개선되었다.결론적으로 한방치료는 심인성 사경증의 치료에 있어서 효과적임을 알 수 있었다는 내용이다. Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical application of Korean Traditional treatment to psychogenic torticollis patient who has panic disorder as underlying disease. Methods : Herb medicine used in this study are Heosu-san(Huishou-san) which is previously used for torticollis in several studies,Guibi-tang(Guipi-tang) and Gamiondam-tang(Jiaweiwendan-tang) which are frequently used for phychological disease.Also, physical therapy and aroma therapy were practiced which basically stretches and relaxes muscles around cervical muscles.Self exercise of cervical muscles was carried out during acupuncture. Results : After the comprehensive treatment, the clinical symptoms of the patient were improved. 화병에 의해 악화된 본태성 진전증 환자 치험 1례
초록 본 증례에서는 상기한 바와 같이 화병을 주로 한 심리상태 변화에 의해 악화된 진전증을 주소로 본원 한방신경정신과에 입원한 환자에게 한약치료와 침치료,한방정신치료를 병행한 결과 제반증상 및 심리 상태 상 양호한 효과를 보여 이에 보고하는 바이다. 1. 18일간의 한약치료, 침치료, 정신요법 및 부항, 뜸의 기타치료를 통해 전신의 본태성진전증과 화병의 증세의 동반 호전을 경험하였다.2. 화병 및 신체 상태를 심신불교(心腎不交)로 변증하고 황련아교탕(黃連阿膠湯) 처방을 기본 방제로서 증세변화에 따라 가감투여했으며,정서적 안정과 기타 신체증상과 함께 진전증이 호전됨을 확인하였다.[원문 보기]
